Magnetic Poetry ships Monday-Thursday; we do not ship on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

Magnetic Poetry is not responsible for delays in transit time and does not guarantee delivery times. Magnetic Poetry uses the US Postal Service and UPS as its primary continental U.S. shipping providers. We generally ship USPS Priority Mail for orders over $7.95 (see Special Small Shipment below for orders under $7.95). Please allow 5-14 business days for transit time from date of order placement (do not include Friday, Saturday or Sunday in calculation of transit time). Based on your ship to address, applicable local sales taxes will be charged.

We charge shipping & handling based on your order total. This charge includes postage, packing cost, and shipping supply costs. Check our rate information.

For orders under $7.95 shipping to US addresses, Magnetic Poetry offers a special low rate of $3.95. These orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail with tracking information. This rate is not available outside of the US.

Magnetic Poetry orders ship from Minneapolis, Minnesota within 2 Magnetic Poetry business days of receipt of order. Business days for Magnetic Poetry are Monday through Thursday, 9-5 CST.

International Shipping Information

Due to changes in rules regarding shipping goods to the United Kingdom, the European Union, and Australia, Magnetic Poetry is not able to ship orders to these locations.

Magnetic Poetry currently only ships outside of the U.S. to Canada and Mexico.

Canadian orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Please allow up to six weeks for delivery.

Mexican orders are shipped via USPS International Priority. Please allow up to 12 weeks for delivery.

The speed of delivery will be impacted by time spent in the U.S. Postal Service, in customs clearance and in the postal delivery system of the recipient's country. Magnetic Poetry has no control over these factors. International shipments can be further impacted by inaccurate delivery addresses, customs delays and post office delivery restrictions. Orders affected by these factors generally take at least 8 weeks for delivery; Magnetic Poetry can take no action on these orders during that time. Again, we thank you for your patience.

Currently, Magnetic Poetry only ships internationally to Canada.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Magnetic Poetry ships international orders Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). Additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility; Magnetic Poetry does not pay any costs for importation or taxes. If in doubt, check with your local post office to determine how much you will be charged to receive your order. Every international shipment has an appropriate customs form securely attached to the exterior of the package. This form declares the actual value and contents of the package and can not be altered to reflect any other value.

Magnetic Poetry is not responsible for packages lost in transit. Most delays with international shipments occur in the local customs office and/or local post office of the destination country. Most of the variability in shipment duration is due to time spent in customs or when a package is awaiting pickup at a post office (and, in the case of surface shipments, awaiting a ship for overseas transport). If you feel your package is late, first check with your local post office and customs office. Magnetic Poetry is not responsible for any costs incurred by the purchaser or recipient of orders due to shipment failure or late delivery.

Tracking International Shipments: Due to the number of factors beyond our control, we do not currently offer tracking of international shipments as a part of our standard international shipping.
